ACO – Virtual comes to the Slim Dusty Centre – July 1 to August 30

The ACO Virtual exhibit is heading to Kempsey and will be launched in the Nulla Nulla Gallery at the Slim Dusty Centre on Saturday July 1st, 2017. The exhibition runs until August 30th, 2017, and is a great opportunity to experience classical music in a thoroughly modern interactive way.

This world-first interactive installation lets audiences immerse themselves in the ACO’s 360-degree virtual orchestra experience. Visitors can step inside the performance, take control or even play with the musicians. The installation is on a 30 minute loop and can be entered, viewed and listened to at any time. Music by Bach, Piazzola, Smalley and Grieg is played by Australian Chamber Orchestra musicians, and their projections playing their instruments will engage, inform and enchant you.

Entry fee for adults is $10 and is $5 for children.
